In addition, all products sold under the brand, including GASHX Forms, GASHX Threads, GASHX Visuals, and GASHX Jewels, belong to GASHX and are protected by intellectual property laws. you may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content or purchased items without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of GASHX intellectual property will be considered an infringement and may lead to legal action.
• Product Availability & Variations
  All GASHX products are produced in limited quantities and released in curated drops. Availability is not guaranteed once stock sells out. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in finish may occur. These differences are often subtle often not even visible to the human eye and are part of what makes every GASHX piece unique.
• Disclaimer
  GASHX collectibles are luxury toy-art pieces created for display and creative appreciation. They are not toys for children and should not be handled as such. While most surfaces are smooth with no sharp edges, these pieces are made from heavy and breakable materials, and some designs include small detachable parts that may pose a choking hazard.
  By purchasing, you acknowledge that GASHX items are intended solely for decorative and collectible purposes. GASHX is not liable for misuse, damage, or injury resulting from the handling of its products.
  
  

Due to the different nature of our GASHX product categories, returns and refunds are handled separately:

• GASHX Forms (collectibles/art pieces):
  All GASHX Forms are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival. In such cases, the buyer may choose one of the following options:
  - A guaranteed replacement of the same product, or
  - A full refund of the product price.
• GASHX Threads (clothing): Rules will be announced upon launch.
• GASHX Jewels (jewelry): Rules will be announced upon launch.
• GASHX Visuals (posters, stickers, etc.): Rules will be announced upon launch.

Requests for a refund or replacement must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery of the package, by emailing gashxuniverse@gmail.com with the subject “Damage or Defect Upon Arrival”
